We¹re moving Downtown!
Effective June 15, our new facility will be open at 108 Centre Street at the corner of Middle Street in Bath.

Our Bath office features an on-site lab and can frequently provide same-day appointments for the convenience of our patients. All of our physicians are board-certified and offer personalized, patient-centered care through regular check-ups and other office visits.

As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, Mid Coast Medical Group-Bath specializes in helping patients be healthy and well. The practice offers adult primary care, preventative care, chronic disease management, medication management, and specialty referrals. Medicare, MaineCare, and most other insurances are accepted.

A Patient-Centered Medical Home is a way of organizing a primary care practice with an emphasis on care coordination and communication that encourages patients to actively participate in their own care.

Medical homes can lead to higher quality and lower costs, and can improve patients' and providers' experience of care, ultimately contributing to better health for the patient.
