Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life's challenges.

Orientation

Orientation will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the program, meet the teachers, tell us more about yourself and your interest in the course, and ask any questions you may have. Orientation will take place on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 5:30–6:30 p.m.

Retreat

Each MBSR class includes a six-hour retreat.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction - Mondays
  • 8-week course of 2 ½-hour weekly group classes running on Mondays from 5:30–8 p.m.
  • Takes place at the Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness at 329 Maine Street–South Entrance, Brunswick
  • Class instructor: Rebecca Porter
  • Fee: $285
  • Required orientation and weekend retreat
