Food for Health is offered monthly—January through May and September through December. It provides cooking demonstrations and education showing how chronic diseases can be prevented, treated, and even reversed with a plant-based diet for an over-all healthier lifestyle.
Lifestyle Medicine
Lifestyle Medicine is the use of evidence-based practices to help people adopt and sustain healthy behaviors and habits. It uses nutrition, exercise, and other healthy behaviors to prevent, treat and sometimes even reverse disease.
We know that our lifestyle habits are among the most important things that determine our health. Exchanging unhealthy behaviors and habits for truly healthy ones is foundational to helping us achieve health and vitality.
