Mid Coast Hospital, Mid Coast Medical Group, and CHANS Home Health & Hospice patients are now able to sign up for the MaineHealth MyChart Patient Portal by visiting https://mychart.mainehealth.org/mychart/. MyChart replaces the existing Mid Coast Medical Group Patient Portal and the Mid Coast Hospital Patient Portal.
MyChart is a secure, online tool that lets you connect with your MaineHealth provider and manage your health information online. With MyChart, you will be able to renew prescriptions, schedule new appointments, view your lab and test results, message your provider’s office, keep track of your medications, allergies, and pay your bill.
MyChart is free and easy to use, and you will have access 24 hours a day from your computer, tablet, iPhone, or Android.
