On May 16, 2019, Mid Coast Hospital achieved Magnet® designation for the third time in 10 years by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), an honor achieved by eight percent of hospitals nationwide. Lynne Pinkham, RN, BSN, CAPA

Lynne worked as a surgical nurse for 30 years before transitioning to the Quality and Safety Department. In her role as a Surgical Clinical Reviewer, she continues her passion to care for surgical patients while designing patient-centered care programs to improve the quality of care at Mid Coast Hospital.
