1. Welcome to Mid-Coast Hospital Surgical Services. Please join me for a tour of the hospital. I’ll explain how your doctors, nurses and healthcare team will be taking care of you.
2. Meet some of the people who may be taking care of you – these are some of the nurses who take care of our pediatric patients.
3. Our receptionist will check you in and let our nursing staff know you have arrived.
While you wait, you may want to play at our rubber duck pond. We also have TV and internet access available.
4. A nurse or certified nurses’ aide will greet you and show you to your room.
