Be sure to bring your medications
or a list of medications to every
appointment or hospital visit. If you need
assistance making a list, we will help—just
ask.
Ask us to wash our hands, wash
your hands, and have visitors wash their
hands. Wash frequently and often--always
after using the toilet, eating or any contact
with a patient�s environment.
Have your visitors stay home
if they are sick. We have email
for patients so you can stay in touch.
Tell us if you are scared, hopeless,
or do not feel safe; we can help
you find help.
