
Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness is offering a new program called Prescription for Health.
This free one-hour program offers basic information on how to get started toward improving one's health. Topics discussed include weight loss, healthy eating, physical activity and exercise, managing stress, and quitting smoking.
This drop-in style class is available once a week and provides the basics to get you started, as well as resources and information on the many wellness programs available through Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness. Program begins July 13. Please join us!
